May 20, 1997. He misappropriated funds belonging to Medicare; neglected his clients' cases;
failed to return a client's file timely; failed to respond to a fellow attorney; failed to respond to
Disciplinary Counsel; failed to notify clients of his temporary suspension; and failed to
adequately communicate with clients.
