TENNESSEE LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 27, 2025, Daryl Andre Gray was reinstated to
the active practice of law.
On March 10, 2025, Mr. Gray was suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for six (6) months with
two (2) months active suspension and the remainder on probation. Mr. Gray filed a Petition for Reinstatement to
the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) on August 29, 2025. The Board
found the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
Mr. Graysâs reinstatement to the active practice of law is conditioned upon his engagement with a practice
monitor on a monthly basis for a period of four (4) months.
