Suspended for two (2) years by order entered August 13, 1981. He accepted a legal matter and
then failed to act and falsely assured the client that the suit had been filed. The Supreme Court
subsequently, on December 7, 1981, found him in contempt for willfully continuing to practice
law in violation of the suspension order and ordered him incarcerated in the Shelby County Jail
for 10 days.
