Suspended for one (1) year by order entered March 13, 1995. The Order granting the Motion for
Default Judgment against Royal deemed admitted the charges that Royal had continually
misrepresented to his client various actions and stages of two lawsuits which Royal actually had
never filed. He also failed to communicate with his client and failed to turn over his client's file
to the client's new counsel.
