By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered April 7, 2021, the law license of Kathleen Laird
Caldwell was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Section 27.4 of Tennessee Supreme Court
Rule 9.
Ms. Caldwell cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. She may return to the practice of
law after reinstatement by the Tennessee Supreme Court upon showing that her disability has been removed
in accordance with Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 27.7.
