practice law in Tennessee, alloging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. Râ 9,
the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on September 8,

The Respondent represonwd a oliont in probate oourt. When the court did not admit the
Win to probate, the Respondentâs client temiinatod the Respondentâs representation and ï¬led a pro
se notice of appeal. Although the RoSpondent did not ï¬le the notice of appeal or agree to represent
the client on appeal, the Respondent received and signed for notices ï¬om the (301111 of Appeals.
The Respondent failed to comply with an order aated November 30, 201 6, requiring him to provide
~ information to the Court. Likewiao, he failed to comply with a show Goose order dated January
23 , 2017.
