KNOXVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED

On March 19, 2010, Kenneth Corum of Knoxville, Tennessee, was suspended by the Tennessee
Supreme Court, pursuant to a Conditional Guilty Plea, for a period of eight (8) months retroactive to the date of
the Respondent’s temporary suspension from the practice of law on April 17, 2009, pursuant to Rule 9, Section
4.2, of the Rules of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court also dissolved the temporary suspension ordered
on April 17, 2009.

Mr. Corum violated disciplinary rules by failing to respond to the Board of Professional Responsibility
regarding a complaint of misconduct. Mr. Corum’s actions violated Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 8, Rules of
Professional Conduct 8.1 (Bar Admission and Disciplinary Matters).

Mr. Corum was furthered ordered to pay the expenses and costs of the disciplinary proceedings against
him, pursuant to Rule 9, Section 4.7, of the Rules of the Supreme Court and fully comply in all respects with the
requirements and obligations of suspended attorneys as set forth in Rule 9, Section 18 of the Rules of the
Supreme Court.
