By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered April 29, 2026, the law license of Courtney Michelle
Rogers Perrin was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Section 27.3 of Tennessee Supreme Court
Rule 9.
Ms. Rogers Perrin cannot practice law while on disability inactive status and shall comply with the
requirements of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 28, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of
attorneys transferred to disability inactive status. Ms. Rogers Perrin may return to the active practice of law by
filing a petition in accordance with Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 27.7 and thereafter, upon entry of
an order by the Tennessee Supreme Court granting the petition.
