Suspended for two (2) years by order entered June 29, 1983. He physically assaulted and injured
a friend, threatened her life, and used illegal drugs which were purchased from his friend in her
presence before and after his attack; engaged in sexual intercourse with an acquaintance,
notwithstanding her struggle and against her free will; and was involved in a notorious public
disturbance at his apartment responded to by the police. For a number of years he abused
alcohol, marijuana and other drugs, purchased illegal drugs, used illegal drugs in the presence of
his clients and at his office; and encouraged and enticed others, including former employees, to
use illegal drugs.
