ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Thomas
H. McKinnie on August 6, 2014; upon Answer to Petition for Discipline filed by Mr.
McKinnie on October 22, 2014; upon entry of a Conditional Guilty Plea filed by Mr.
McKinnie on April 6, 2015; upon an Order Recommending Approval of Conditional
Guilty Plea entered on April 8, 2015; upon consideration and approval by the Board on
June 12, 2015; and upon the entire record in this cause.I
From all of which the Court approves the Order of the Hearing Panel and adopts
the Hearing Panel's Order Recommending Approval of Conditional Guilty Plea as the
Court's Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

(1) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 4.2, Thomas H. McKinnie is
from the practice of law for one(1) year.

(2) Additionally, Mr. McKinnie shall comply in all aspects with
responsibilities of
R. 9, §§ 18 (2006) and 30.4 (2014) regarding the obligations and
reinstatement,
suspended attorneys and the procedure for reinstatement. Prior to seeking

Mr. McKinnie must meet all CLE requirements and pay any outstandin

including those due from the date of suspension until the date of reinstatem

(3) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.5 (2006), this Order shall be
ten(10)days after the date of entry.

(4) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Mr. McKinnie shall pay to
the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $918.32 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein,
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
(5) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.10(2006).
