KNOX COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Clinton E. Hagaman, formerly of Knox County, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of
the Tennessee Supreme Court entered on March 29, 2010. Mr. Hagaman’s law license was previously on
disability/inactive status. On July 13, 2009, Mr. Hagaman filed a Petition for Reinstatement. A hearing was
conducted on November 12, 2009. On December 21, 2009, the Hearing Panel recommended that Mr. I-Iagaman
be reinstated to the practice of law.

ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Reinstatement filed on July 8,
2009 by the Petitioner,'Clinton E. Hagaman; upon a Response to the Petition filed by
Disciplinary Counsel on July 27, 2009; upon the Report and Recommendations entered
by a Hearing Panel on December 21, 2009; and upon the decision of the Board of
Professional Responsibility to accept the judgment of the Hearing Panel; and upon the
entire record in this cause.

From all of which the Court approves the recommendation of the Hearing Panel.

It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUD GED and DECREED by the Court:

1. The Petitioner, Clinton E. Hagaman, is hereby reinstated to the practice of
law in the State of Tennessee.

2. That, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 24.3, the Petitioner shall
pay to the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in-
the amount of $1,740.00, and in addition, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs
incurred herein, within ninety (90) days from the entry of this order, for all of which
execution may issue if necessary.

3. That the Petitioner shall comply in all aspects with Rule 9, §18 of the Rules ‘
of the Supreme Court regarding the obligations and responsibilities of suspended
attorneys.
4. That the Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 18.10.
