Disbarred effective November 20, 1996. He misappropriated funds belonging to Mattre B.
Woods while serving as conservator for her in the Probate Court of Davidson County,
Tennessee. He filed an affidavit in which he acknowledged he could not successfully defend
himself on the disciplinary charges filed against him. The Supreme Court ordered that restitution
be made in the amount of $82,851.69 as a condition precedent to reinstatement.
