Public censure on May 27, 1994. He was employed in 1985 to represent two plaintiffs in a
personal injury action. The suit was filed timely, but was dismissed in 1988 and again in 1989
because of Jennings' neglect. He did not inform his clients of the dismissals and they only
learned of the dismissals in 1993.
