Public censure on February 16, 2000. He represented clients in the trial court and with their
appeal. The Court denied motions he filed requesting permission to late file transcripts. In
support of the motion to late file the transcript, he filed a misleading affidavit that stated the
reason for the late filing was due to the clients' delay in making a final decision as to whether to
proceed with the appeal. When the Court ruled against the clients, he failed to timely advise
them of the Court's decision.
