Public censure on October 26, 1995. After the conclusion of a civil lawsuit in which he
represented the defendant, he sent a letter to one of the plaintiff's witnesses accusing the witness
of making false and malicious statements. The letter went on to state that his client would accept
"$19,500 to settle" or his client would have "no other alternative than to pursue the issue in the
proper forum."
