SHELBY COUNTY LAWYER REMOVED FROM DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On July 19, 2012, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order removing William T. Maxwell, Jr.,
from disability inactive status; however, any outstanding disciplinary proceedings must be resolved prior to
reinstatement.
