Public censure on February 12, 1996. During his representation of a client in a divorce, he failed
to provide the client with a copy of the final divorce decree for 11 months. In a second matter,
he failed to communicate with the client, neglected the case and misrepresented to Disciplinary
Counsel that he had filed a Motion to Modify Child Support pendente lite; when, in fact, he had
not filed such a motion.
