GOODLETTSVILLE LAWYER CENSURED
On April 7, 2008, Ramsdale OâDeNeal, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, received a Public Censure from
the Tennessee Supreme Court.
The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Discipline against OâDeNeal pursuant to
Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. OâDeNeal submitted a Conditional Guilty Plea agreeing to
accept a Public Censure. OâDeNealâs failure to keep adequate trust account records violates Rules 1.15 and
8.4(a) of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct.
For these violations, the Supreme Court of Tennessee publically censures OâDeNeal. This censure
declares OâDeNealâs conduct to be improper, but does not limit his right to practice law.
