MT. JULIET LAWYER SUSPENDED BY SUPREME COURT

By Order of the Supreme Court of Tennessee filed November 15, 2004, Troy Lee Brooks'
license to practice law was temporarily suspended, pursuant to Section 4.3 of Rule 9, Rules of
the Supreme Court of Tennessee, upon a finding that Mr. Brooks has misappropriated funds to
his own use and poses a threat of irreparable harm to the public.

The November 15, 2004, Order precludes Mr. Brooks from accepting any new cases
effective November 15, 2004. Mr. Brooks may continue to represent existing clients for thirty
days. Mr. Brooks must cease representing existing clients effective December 15, 2004. After
December 15, 2004, Mr. Brooks shall not use any indicia of lawyer, legal assistant, or law clerk,
etc., nor maintain a presence where the practice of law is conducted.

The Order requires Mr. Brooks to notify by registered or certified mail all clients being
represented in pending matters, as well as co-counsel and opposing counsel, of the Supreme
Court's Order suspending his law license. Section 18 of Supreme Court Rule 9 requires Mr.
Brooks to deliver to all clients any papers or property to which they are entitled.

Mr. Brooks may for good cause request dissolution or modification of this suspension by
petition to the Supreme Court. This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or
modification by the Supreme Court.
