KNOXVILLE LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 30, 2006, the law license of
Sheryl Clark Rollins of Knoxville, Tennessee, was transferred to disability inactive status
pursuant to Section 21 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. The transfer to
disability inactive status arises out of Ms. Rollins filing a Petition with the Supreme Court
requesting transfer to disability inactive status. Ms. Rollins' disability arises out of a medical
condition which incapacitates her from continuing the practice of law. Ms. Rollins cannot
practice law while on disability inactive status. Ms. Rollins can return to the practice of law only
after reinstatement by Order of the Supreme Court upon showing by clear and convincing
evidence that her disability has been removed and that she is fit to resume the practice of law.
