WEAKLEY COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Kyle Eric Crowe, a Weakley County attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered February 16, 2011. Mr. Crowe was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order of the Supreme Court on November 24, 2009, for misappropriation of funds thereby posing a

Panel entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved with the following conditions: (1)
Mr. Crowe shall comply with his monitoring agreement entered into with the Tennessee Lawyers’ Assistance
Program (“TLAP”); (2) Attorney Langdon Unger and Mr. Crowe shall ascertain to whom the funds currently in
his trust accounts are owed and immediately forward those funds to those persons; disbursement subject to
approval of the Board; (3) pending resolution of disciplinary charges, Mr. Crowe shall not enter into the solo
practice of law and shall work only in a supervised firm setting where he has no control over trust funds and/or
a trust account; and (4) Mr. Crowe’s spouse shall not be permitted to work in any capacity involving Mr.
