ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline against David Sidney
Eichholz filed August 20, 2014, in Docket No. 2014-2356-0-AW, by the Board of
Professional Responsibility ("Board"); upon an Amended Petition for Discipline filed
December 18, 2014, upon Answer to Amended Petition for Discipline filed by Mr.
Eichholz on January 5, 2015; upon the Conditional Guilty Plea submitted by Mr.
Eichholz on February 9, 2015; upon the Hearing Panel's Order Recommending Approval
of Conditional Guilty Plea entered February 13, 2015; upon consideration and approval
by the Board of Professional Responsibility on March 13, 2015; and upon the entire
record in this cause.

From all of which the Court approves the Order of the Hearing Panel and adopts
the Hearing Panel's recommendation as the Court's Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

(1) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 4.4 (2006), David Sidney Eichholz is
hereby publicly censured.

(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Mr. Eichholz shall pay to
the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $639.24 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein,
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.

(3) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published.
