Public censure on March 18, 1996. For several years he was involved in his divorce proceeding
and custody matter. For most of the time, he acted as his own attorney. Both parties sought
Orders of Protection against the other party. As a result of numerous hearings, the orders were
entered. Hyman violated certain of the orders which led to a citation for contempt, and he was
required to spend several days in jail.
