ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Notice of Submission filed June 2, 2022; an
Order of Enforcement entered June 14, 2022; upon a Petition for Final Discipline filed July
19, 2022; upon Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered by the Hearing Panel on
November 23, 2022; upon the Boardâs Application for Assessment of Costs filed December
5, 2022; upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs of the Hearing Panel
entered January 23, 2023; upon service of a copy of the Judgment on Ms. Adams by the
Executive Secretary of the Board on January 23, 2023; upon consideration and approval
by the Board on March 10, 2023; upon expiration of the appeal period with no appeal taken;
and upon the entire record in this cause.
On June 14, 2022, Ms. Adams was suspended by this Court pursuant to Tenn. Sup.
Ct. R. 9, § 22.3. To date, Ms. Adams has not requested nor been granted reinstatement.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

Glenda Ann Adams is permanently disbarred from the practice of law
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.1.
(2)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 31.3(d), Ms. Adams shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$1,875.00 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.

Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.1, this Order shall be effective upon

The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this discipline
to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.

Ms. Adams shall comply in all aspects with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §§ 28 and
30.4 regarding the obligations and responsibilities of permanently disbarred attorneys.
