MEMPHIS LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered April 7, 2008, the law license of Joseph Richard
Rossie, a Memphis attorney, was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Section 21 of Supreme
Court Rule 9 for an indefinite period of time and until further orders of the Supreme Court.
Mr. Rossie cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. Mr. Rossie can return to the practice
of law only after reinstatement by order of the Supreme Court.
