Disbarred by order entered October 2, 2000, after having been on a temporary suspension since
October 21, 1998. He neglected his clients' legal matters; failed to adequately communicate with
his clients; failed to appear in court; failed to pursue his clients' objectives; failed to inform his
clients that he was under suspension; charged excessive fees; misappropriated client funds and
property; abandoned his law practice; failed to withdraw or substitute counsel on cases after his
suspension; continued to practice law after he was suspended; failed to perform legal services for
which he was paid by his clients; and was guilty of sexual harassment. He must make restitution
in the amount of $8,051 to the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.
