ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Paul
Donald Rush on July 6, 2012; upon Answer filed by Mr. Rush on August 20, 2012; upon
a Motion to Dismiss filed by Mr. Rush on March 6, 2013; upon the Board's Response to
the Motion to Dismiss on March 20, 2013; upon entry by the Hearing Panel of an Order
denying the Motion to Dismiss on April 9, 2013; upon a final hearing held on September
9, 2013; upon entry of the Judgment of the Hearing Panel on September 23, 2013; upon
entry of an Amended Judgment of the Hearing Panel on September 24, 2013; upon
service of the Amended Judgment upon counsel for Mr. Rush on September 24, 2013;
upon consideration and approval by the Board of Professional Responsibility on
November 18, 2013; upon expiration of the appeal period with no appeal taken; and upon
the entire record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the Amended Judgment of the Hearing
Panel and adopts it as the Court's Order.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that:

Paul Donald Rush is publicly censured pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §
44
(2)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Mr. Rush shall pay to the Board of
Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$2,470.45 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
(3)
The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.10.
