QRDER DISSOLVING DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On February 4, 2011, the Court entered an Order transferring Sherman Ames, III.,
to disability inactive status. On July 25, 2011, Mr. Amos ï¬led a Petition for
Reinstatement. This Court entered an Amended Order on August 15, 2011 referring the
matter to a Hearing Panel for a hearing puisuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9,
Section 21.6 -
Based upon the Report and Recommendation of the HearingPanel the Court ï¬nds
that Mr. Arne-5 disability has been renewed and that any pending disciplinary
proceedings must be resolved prior to the effective date of any reinstatement '
Itis, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED hy' tlie Cohit: â
1. That the disability inootiife status of Sherman Areas, 111., be removed.
2. That any pending disciplinary proceedings must be resolved prior to the
- effective date of reinstatement.
3. ' Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 24.3, Mr. Amos shall pay to the
Board of Piofessional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount
'of $255.00 and in addition, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs ineiured heiein,
