KNOXVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Aubrey Lewis Davis, a Knoxville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on July 15, 2008. Mr. Davis was temporarily suspended from the practice of
law by Order of the Supreme Court on March 31, 2008, for failing to comply with a TLAP (Tennessee Lawyers
Assistance Program) agreement. On May 13, 2008, Mr. Davis filed a Petition to Remove Temporary
Suspension. A hearing was conducted on May 23, 2008. On June 3, 2008, the Hearing Panel entered a
recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant
to the Supreme Courtâs July 15, 2008 Order.
