ORDER OF DISBARMENT
This cause is before the Court upon the Affidavit of Dale William Peterson, of
Woodbury, Tennessee, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
Dale William Peterson is subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of
Tennessee, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 8.1.
It appears to the Court that Dale William Peterson has delivered to the Board of
Professional Responsibility an Affidavit in compliance with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 23.1.
Dale William Peterson has consented to disbarment because he cannot successfully
defend himself of the charges alleged in File No. 3750 8-4-KB filed against him.
IT IS, THEREFORE,
DECREED THAT:

ADJUDGED,

AND

1. Dale William Peterson is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in
Tennessee.

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 23.3, this Order of Disbarment shall be a

matter of public record. However, the affidavit filed by Dale William
Peterson shall not be publicly disclosed or made available for use in any
other proceeding except upon further Order of this Court.
3. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.1, this Order of Disbarment shall be
effective upon entry.
4. Dale William Peterson shall comply in all aspects with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,
§§ 28 and 30 regarding the obligations and responsibilities of disbarred
attorneys and the procedure for reinstatement. Mr. Peterson must meet all
CLE requirements and pay all accrued annual registration fees prior to
petitioning for reinstatement.

5. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 31, the Respondent shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter
in the amount of $157.34 within ninety (90) days of the date of the entry of
this Order, and in addition, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs
incurred herein, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
6. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
disbarment to be published in accordance with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.1 1.
