Disbarred by order entered November 16, 1992. He spent client funds in his trust account that
did not belong to him. He also borrowed money from a client and told the client that the client
would retain a security interest in collateral owned by him. He later gave a security interest in
the same collateral to a bank. When he defaulted, the bank recovered the collateral because it
had a properly filed security instrument. He also made misrepresentations to an individual
regarding a private school business he owned.
