Suspended for two (2) years by order entered October 18, 1994. He abandoned his practice in
Morristown without adequate notice to his clients and without completing his clients' cases. He
did not respond to the petition filed by the Board and a default judgment was granted. The
hearing panel recommended a 2 year suspension which was approved by the Supreme Court.
