NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Ivan Omar Lopez, a Nashville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on August 11, 2010. Mr. Lopez was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on July 21, 2010, due to his substantial noncompliance with
his Monitoring Agreement with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program. On July 23, 2010, Mr. Lopez
filed a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary Suspension. On August 6, 2010, a Hearing Panel of the
Board of Professional Responsibility recommended that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The
temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Court’s August 11, 2010, Order.
