ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Brent J.
McIntosh on July 9, 2013; upon an Answer of Respondent Brent J. McIntosh filed on
August 1, 2013; upon a hearing on January 10, 2014; upon the Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law and Judgment entered on February 11, 2014; upon the Amended
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment entered on February 27, 2014; upon
service of the Amended Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment upon Mr.
McIntosh by the Executive Secretary of the Board on February 28, 2014; upon
consideration and approval by the Board on March 8, 2014; upon expiration of the appeal
period with no appeal taken; and upon the entire record in this cause.'

From all of which the Court approves the Judgment of the Hearing Panel and
adopts the Hearing Panel's Judgment Recommending a public censure.

It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that:

(1) Brent J. McIntosh is publicly censured pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §
4.4 (2006).

(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Mr. McIntosh shall pay to
the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $1,187.97 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein,
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.

'Because this cause was initiated prior to January 1, 2014, it is governed by the pre-2014 version of Tenn. Sup. CL R. 9
except where otherwise noted.
(3) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published.
