NASHVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED

On August 13, 2009, Harry Todd Hammons of Nashville, Tennessee, was suspended by the Tennessee
Supreme Court for a definite period of one (1) year retroactive to Mr. Hammons’ Temporary Suspension on
July 25, 2008, and indefinitely until Mr. Hammons has substantially complied with his Tennessee Lawyer’s
Assistance Program (TLAP) Monitoring Agreement for a period of six (6) months.

Mr. Hammons violated Disciplinary Rule 8.4 by failing to substantially comply with his TLAP
Monitoring Agreement. Mr. Hammons was ordered to pay the expenses and costs of the disciplinary proceeding
against him, pursuant to Section 4.7 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court, and was further ordered to comply
with the requirements and obligations of suspended attorneys as set forth in Section 18.1 of Rule 9, Rules of the
Supreme Court of Tennessee.
