Suspended for five (5) years by order entered September 8, 1997, retroactive to February 16,
1993, the date upon which he was immediately suspended based upon his conviction of a serious
crime. He was convicted of the offense of felony theft of property and the offense of bank fraud
and was sentenced to 5 years in the workhouse.
