Public censure on April 24, 1993. His client was ordered to pay restitution and paid Roddy the
funds. Roddy failed to forward the funds to the victim and the client was arrested. Roddy
routinely deposited earned fees into his trust account and wrote checks for operational expenses
out of his trust account.
