ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Jason R.
McLellan on December 1, 2014; upon Mr. McLellan's Answer filed April 9, 2015; upon
the Conditional Guilty Plea filed October 30, 2015; upon the Hearing Panel's Order
Recommending Approval of Conditional Guilty Plea entered November 9, 2015; upon
consideration and approval by the Board of Professional Responsibility on December 11,
2015; and upon the entire record in this cause.'
From all of which the Court accepts the recommendation ofthe Hearing Panel and
adopts the Hearing Panel's Order Recommending Approval of Conditional Guilty Plea as
the Court's Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:
(1) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 4.4 (2006), Jason R. McLellan is hereby
publicly censured.
(2) Mr. McLellan may attend and complete the Board of Professional
Responsibility's 2015 Ethics Workshop on November 6, 2015, which hours
earned by Mr. McLellan may be used to satisfy Mr. McLellan's annual
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements. In the event he cannot
attend the 2015 Ethics Workshop on November 6, 2015, Mr. McLellan
shall, within twelve (12) months of the entry of this Conditional Guilty
Plea, complete six (6) hours of CLE addressing law practice management

and timely client communication, which six (6) hours shall be in addition to
Mr. McLellan's annual Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
Mr. McLellan shall certify to Disciplinary Counsel in writing his
completion of this requirement.
(3) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2008), Mr. McLellan, in
accordance with the Conditional Guilty Plea, shall pay to the Board of
Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $1,717.28 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs
incurred herein, within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of
which execution may issue if necessary.
(4) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published.
