Suspended for three (3) years by order entered September 11, 2000. A hearing panel found that
Maxwell intentionally commingled a client's funds with his own without the client's consent; did
not turn over funds requested in June 1997 until January 1998; and invested funds on behalf of
himself instead of the client. He appealed the hearing panel's recommendation of the three (3)
year suspension, but subsequently agreed to dismiss the appeal.
