Public censure on June 16, 1997. He was employed to represent a lessor in a detainer action. He
gave notice to the lessee terminating the lease on June 9, 1995 but did not file a detainer warrant
until over a year had passed. The client made numerous attempts to contact Archer. Eventually,
Archer wrote the client indicating that he was still attempting service of process, although that
was a false statement as no legal action had been filed. He admits to grossly neglecting the case.
