Public censure on February 2, 1994. He filed suit on a fire insurance policy in December 1989
but took a voluntary non-suit in August 1990 without notifying his client. He re-filed the suit,
but a summary judgment was entered against the plaintiff based on the contractual statute of
limitations contained in the insurance policy.
