DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On April 16, 2019, Travis Waymon Tipton was reinstated to the practice of law in Tennessee. Mr.
Tipton was temporarily suspended on July 2, 2018, due to his failure to substantially comply with a Tennessee
Lawyerâs Assistance Program (âTLAPâ) monitoring agreement. After the initiation of formal proceedings by
the Board of Professional Responsibility, Mr. Tipton resumed compliance and reinstatement is appropriate.
