Suspended for one (1) year by order entered May 27, 1987. He filed an affidavit with the Court
alleging he had not received notice of the hearing that led to his previous two (2) year
suspension. A hearing regarding the question of adequate notice was held before a hearing panel
and it was determined that the affidavit was false. At a second hearing which was held to
determine the appropriate discipline, the additional one (1) year was imposed.
