ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT TO INACTIVE STATUS FROM
DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R, 9, § 27.7, upon
a Petition for Reinstatement Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27.7 filed by
Keri Elizabeth Rule (“Petitioner”) on October 7, 2022; the Answer to the Petition
for Reinstatement Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27.7 filed November 3,
2022, recommending the petition be referred to a hearing panel for a hearing on the
merits; the entry of the Order Referring Petition for Reinstatement to Hearing Panel
by this Court on November 15, 2022; and the entry of the Agreed Final Order by the
Hearing Panel recommending removal of Petitioner’s disability status and allow
Petitioner to address any pending disciplinary matters.

From all of which, the Court approves the Agreed Final Order entered by the
Hearing Panel and grants the Petition for Reinstatement Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct.
R. 9, § 27.7.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE
COURT THAT:

1. Petitioner Keri Elizabeth Rule is hereby removed from disability
inactive status in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(c), Keri Elizabeth Rule shall
remain on inactive status until further order of the Court.
