MAURY COUNTY LAWYER TRANSFERRED TO ACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered December 10, 2020, the law license of Angela Kay
Washington was transferred from disability inactive status to active status pursuant to Section 27.7 of Tennessee
Supreme Court Rule 9.
On June 12, 2020, Ms. Washington was placed on disability inactive status. Ms. Washington filed a
Petition for Transfer to Active Status on December 8, 2020, demonstrating she no longer suffered from a
disability. By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court, Ms. Washington is immediately eligible to resume the
active practice of law in the State of Tennessee.
