Suspended for four (4) years by order entered October 27, 1992. He filed false and fraudulent
accountings in the Probate Court; commingled trust funds with his personal funds; and entered
into personal business transactions with his client, an incompetent person. He also neglected the
representation as conservator; failed to make prudent investments; and failed to promptly deliver
funds to the client after he was replaced by another conservator.
