SINOR, ANDREW J. BPR # 001590
June 01, 1992
Public censure on June 1, 1992. During the course of the trial in State v. Lankford, he persisted
on making statements that were obstructive and improper. He persisted in commentary on the
testimony of a witness undeterred by the repeated admonitions of the judge. Ultimately, he was
removed by the Court as counsel for Lankford, a mistrial was declared, and Sinor was
permanently barred from practicing before this particular judge.
