The above complaint was ï¬led against Albert Fitzpatrick Ofï¬cer, #11629, an attorney
licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts ofmlaconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup.
Ct. R. 9, the Bnâard of Professional Responsibility considernd these matters at its meeting on June
9, 201 7,
On September 12, 2016, Mr. Officerâs license to practice law was suspéndad for failure to
pay the annual registratinn fee. While: his license was suspended, Mr. Ofï¬cer made several court
appearances far clients in Putnam, Overton, and Clay Counting, and engaged in settlement
negotiations in two divorce cases.
By the aforementioned acts, Albert Fitzpatrick Ofï¬cer has violated Rule of Professsional
Conduct 5.5 (unauthorized practice of law) and is hereby Publicly 0611311th for this violation.
