MONTGOMERY COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered November 20, 2025, Edward Kendall White,
previously a resident of Coeur dâAlene, Idaho, was reinstated to the active practice of law.
On November 12, 2025, Mr. White was temporarily suspended for failure to respond to the Board of
Professional Responsibility. Mr. White provided an appropriate response to the Board and on November 17,
2025, filed a Petition to Dissolve the Temporary Suspension. The Board filed a response on November 19, 2025,
noting no objection to Mr. Whiteâs Petition and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
