Suspended for seventy-five (75) days by order entered August 29, 1986, plus an indefinite period
thereafter conditioned upon re-payment of an escrow check which was dishonored. He failed to
account for a client's funds in a loan transaction; represented a party in a lawsuit in which he
might be an important witness; represented one client against another; and mishandled funds
belonging to an estate by failing to segregate the client's funds from his personal funds and
failing to account for the funds.
